KAP Rural Progress Initiative LLP is committed to empowering rural communities by marketing, supplying, and exporting cow dung products, which will be gradually expanding into local crops. Our aim is to enable rural individuals to establish profitable businesses based on their existing knowledge, thus improving their well-being.

Rural Progress Initiative traces its origins back to the vision of the Inner Search Foundation, a longstanding advocate for community welfare and sustainability. Through its establishment of The Confluence - the Center of Yoga Science and Sustainability in Nagaon, a rural area in Maharashtra, Inner Search Foundation deepened its connection with rural communities, recognizing the pressing need to support their development.
Inspired by this interaction and motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference, Inner Search Foundation embarked on extensive research and deliberation. This led to the inception of Rural Progress Initiative, a firm dedicated to supporting rural progress and agricultural sustainability.
Founded on the belief in the transformative power of community support and sustainable agriculture, Rural Progress Initiative is committed to empowering rural communities and fostering sustainable practices for a brighter, more prosperous future.
Our Founders
Dr. Poonam Kapoor, with a Ph.D. in Economics, is a counselor, psychometrician, entrepreneur, and social worker, embodying a unique blend of expertise and passion across diverse domains. Her profound insights in economics empower individuals and businesses to make informed financial decisions, while her empathetic counseling skills help clients manage stress and secure their financial futures. Dr. Kapoor's proficiency in psychometrics ensures scientifically sound, tailored programs, fostering personal and professional growth. As an entrepreneurial visionary, she identifies opportunities and drives organizational growth, and her dedication to social work connects communities with vital resources, promoting positive change. Dr. Poonam Kapoor
A Multifaceted Visionary
Kamlesh is a dedicated professional with a diverse background. He completed his Bachelor of Arts from Mumbai University in 2014 and then embarked on a journey of exploration and growth. In 2016, Kamlesh discovered his passion for yoga and completed a yoga course. Since then, he has been actively engaged in sharing his knowledge and expertise as a yoga trainer. He spent a year at Premanand Yoga Institute honing his skills and then continued his journey at Inner Search foundation at the Confluence the centre of yoga science and sustainability where he further refined his abilities and gained valuable experience.Kamlesh also has a knack for creating cow dung products. He has successfully crafted items from cow dung such as Ganesh, Sambhrani Cup, Panti, Dhup Stick etc.Kamlesh's diverse skill set, coupled with his passion for sustainable practices and community development, make him an ideal candidate for the Group"s Urban Development Initiatives.
